Showcasing the Sioux Empire

The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) would like to extend an invitation to enjoy the craftsmanship of the area builders during the Fall Parade of Homes being held September 13-16. These builders are proud to be showcasing new homes located throughout the Sioux Empire (Brandon, Harrisburg, Hartford, Sioux Falls, Tea and Wall Lake).

Come out and tour these amazing homes, all at no charge. Some of the trends that you'll see in the Parade homes include marble showers with body sprays, two-sided fireplaces, large theatre rooms and wet bars. Prices for homes on the Fall Parade range from under $135,000 to more than $1 million.

The Fall Parade of Homes hours are Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For general information about the Fall Parade of Homes that are "closed" or "Not Available for Showing", please call the Parade Hotline at 330-2387.
