The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) would like to extend an invitation to enjoy the craftsmanship of the area builders during the Spring Parade of Homes being held May 10-13. These builders are proud to be showcasing man new homes located throughout the Sioux Empire (Brandon, Harrisburg, Dell Rapids, Sioux Falls and Tea).

Come out and tour these amazing homes, all at no charge. Some of the trends that you'll see in the Parade homes include marble showers with body sprays, two-sided fireplaces, large theatre rooms and wet bars. Prices for homes on the Spring Parade range from under $135,000 to more than $1 million.
